Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with software developers to understand product objectives and features.
• Identify and document software defects with precision and clarity.
• Generate comprehensive and analytical testing reports for review.
• Ensure software products align with specified requirements and standards.
• Participate actively in design and status update meetings.
• Use bug-tracking tools to document testing processes and outcomes.
• Perform regression testing whenever defects are resolved.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing procedures and protocols.
• Ensure full compliance with quality assurance metrics and standards.
• Liaise effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a QA Manual Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language for test automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in testing activities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities effectively.
