Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium for web applications.

• Participate in peer reviews of test plans and scripts with the testing team.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing.
• Prepare detailed reports of testing outcomes and recommend improvements as necessary.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and enhance testing tools.
• Monitor and evaluate test results to improve overall testing efficiency and coverage.
• Assist in developing and executing manual test cases as needed for specific scenarios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a QA Automation Engineer with Selenium expertise.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
