We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in IT with a strong background in Scrum methodologies to lead our technical teams towards the successful delivery of high-quality products. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects, ensuring the delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget. You will act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring that the team follows Scrum practices. You will collaborate with product owners, IT professionals, and stakeholders to ensure project goals align with business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills to drive the team towards excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects through the entire project lifecycle.
• Serve as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams, ensuring process adherence.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders and development teams.
• Organize and conduct Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with product owners to ensure a well-prepared and prioritized product backlog.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and impediments promptly.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets efficiently.
• Track project performance using appropriate metrics, tools, and techniques.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the specified quality standards and requirements.
• Mentor and guide team members in Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in the IT industry.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, particularly Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with a high level of efficiency.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as JIRA and Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
