Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed project plans for steel fabrication projects.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives.

• Prepare and document technical reports and project summaries for stakeholders.

• Provide technical guidance and support in troubleshooting engineering challenges.

• Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs successfully.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project engineering within the steel fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in design and project management software such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP, will be advantageous.
