Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate.
  • Facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to all project stakeholders.
  • Assist the Project Manager with resource allocation and scheduling tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and report any issues or obstacles promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support the team in maximizing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Enhance team collaboration through the coordination and sharing of information.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize project workflows.
  • Prepare and present status reports and performance updates as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset are essential.
