Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of projects across various departments. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are promptly met. You will be an integral part of the project management team, helping to monitor project scope, budgets, and timelines, and communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress. The ideal candidate is a highly effective communicator and proactive problem solver, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a passion for enhancing team performance and achieving project goals.


Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning and executing project activities efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to update them on project milestones and challenges.
  • Track project budget and expenses, ensuring cost control measures are implemented.
  • Identify project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project compliance with industry standards, legal regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders and document meeting minutes effectively.
  • Engage in continuous improvement processes to optimize project workflows.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new project team members as required.
  • Support the preparation and submission of project status reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a project coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools, such as MS Project.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
