Job Description

The role of Project Coordinator 03D25 is crucial in ensuring the successful execution and completion of various projects within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure project success.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Ensure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve and develop.
  • Update project management tracking systems with accurate and current information.
  • Perform quality control tasks on projects and maintain standards as per industry requirements.
  • Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes and distribute them to pertinent stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with project timelines.
  • Provide administrative support including budgeting, invoicing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in project documentation, including reports and presentations, for ongoing projects.
  • Track project memos and deliverables and ensure that they are distributed to team members.
  • Contribute to risk management by identifying potential issues and providing solutions.
  • Support project managers in the activities necessary for the successful execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role in industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
