Job Description

The Project Control Services Associate is an entry to mid-level position that plays a crucial role in managing and supporting various projects within an organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. The individual will be responsible for tracking project schedules, budgets, and resources while providing analytical and administrative support. In addition, the Project Control Services Associate will assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations, ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. This position is ideal for someone who has strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills and is interested in building a career in project management.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track project timelines to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules and work plans.
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect and update project status information.
  • Analyze project expenses and budgets to support financial planning efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers in organizing project data.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and detailed performance presentations.
  • Evaluate project progress and propose improvements for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project issues and challenges effectively.
  • Support risk management efforts by identifying and assessing project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and capture key discussions and action items.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in project tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for effective workload management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
