Job Description

The Program Coordinator 23M26 is a vital role within our organization, responsible for managing and orchestrating multiple projects and programs that align with our strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of program management from inception to completion.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to project teams to ensure objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project teams to evaluate progress and performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Ensure programs align with strategic goals and compliance standards are met.
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed with flexibility and foresight.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of completed projects and implement improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions quickly.
