  • Ensure that all projects within the program operate within defined scope and budget.
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation and records for references and audits.
  • Plan and arrange program meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
  • Identify and address any risks, issues, or changes in program scope proactively.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies to foster program success and sustainability.
  • Evaluate program outcomes to make or recommend adjustments and improvements.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on program performance and recommendations.
  • Support in recruitment, training, and management of program staff and volunteers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program coordination or project management of at least two years.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple program components.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software applications is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
