Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to anticipate changes and challenges.
  • Conduct cost analyses to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce expenses.

  • Collaborate with departments to understand their supply needs and deliver accordingly.
  • Manage vendor performance by assessing and addressing quality and delivery issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and procurement operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor agreements.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports and analytics to management for informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and bids to identify the most favorable options for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in contract management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
