Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical abilities through evaluative procedures to identify rehabilitation goals.
• Design personalized treatment plans to help alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing therapy, exercises, and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment plans.
• Document each patient’s progress and maintain detailed records consistently.
• Provide therapy using manual therapy techniques, equipment, and exercises.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and injury prevention to support long-term wellness.
• Stay current with advances in physiotherapy by attending workshops and seminars.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement injury prevention methods and post-treatment plans.
• Conduct consultations and evaluations for prospective clients as part of the intake process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physiotherapist, meeting professional certification requirements.
• Proven experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong understanding of treatment practices, including manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients.
• Empathetic attitude with a strong commitment to patient care and rehabilitation.
