Job Description

As a People Operations Specialist at 24N25, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience for our growing company. The successful candidate will support our dynamic workforce by implementing strategies that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You will be responsible for various aspects of human resources, from the onboarding process to performance management, and will act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and the resolution of concerns. This position requires a passion for improving work culture and a keen understanding of modern HR practices. You will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the company's growth is supported by a strong, motivated team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the full cycle of the recruitment process for all departments.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration.
  • Develop and implement policies that improve the workplace culture and environment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees and address their HR-related concerns.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure a high level of data accuracy.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and organize corporate events or workshops.
  • Assist in the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and management teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to make informed decisions about the workforce.
  • Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with management to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in a human resources or people operations role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information delicately.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment and onboarding processes effectively.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance at all times.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
