Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures and process optimization.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Proficiency with operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
