Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items proactively.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentation materials.
  • Organize and manage both electronic and physical filing systems efficiently.
  • Provide general support to visitors, clients, and stakeholders in the office setting.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced regular basis.
  • Implement and uphold general office procedures, policies, and standards diligently.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.
  • Compile and maintain records, reports, and documentation for departments as required.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring information accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred in related fields.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures, scheduling, and record-keeping standards.
