As a Motion Graphic Designer at 28J25, you will have the opportunity to bring innovative designs to life through stunning motion graphics that captivate and engage audiences. Responsibilities

• Develop and design motion graphics for promotional and internal communication projects.
• Collaborate frequently with creative directors, graphic designers, and other stakeholders.
• Create animations and graphics that effectively convey intended messages and emotions.
• Research and stay on top of current trends in motion graphics and animation.
• Revise and refine motion graphics based on feedback from team members or clients.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure they are completed on time and to specification.
• Wireframe and storyboard creations to ensure a consistent visual experience.
• Select and integrate audio, video, and text elements into animated content.
• Maintain an organized digital asset management system for all multimedia content.
• Ensure all graphics meet the brand guidelines and technical standards.
• Support team efforts by sharing creative techniques and resources.
• Continuously explore opportunities to learn and improve design skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong understanding of animation and motion design principles and techniques.
• Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong creative mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details in all aspects of design work.
