Job Description

The role of a Merchandiser (14D25) is crucial in enhancing the presentation and visibility of products to drive sales and improve brand recognition. A Merchandiser plays a vital role in ensuring that retail displays and store shelves are stocked with the right products at the right time. The job involves using both creativity and analytical skills to determine which products are likely to sell best and implementing strategic plans to enhance store displays. Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to determine consumer buying trends and product popularity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or sales.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret retail sales data.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design attractive displays.
  • Proficiency in using merchandising software and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
