We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Design outdoor spaces that align with clients' aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and urban planners on project planning.
• Conduct site analysis to determine the impact of the environment on the proposed project.
• Prepare and present design proposals including sketches and detailed plans.
• Ensure all designs conform to local, regional, and national regulations and standards.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and budget constraints.
• Oversee the implementation of landscape projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project resources, including materials, labor, and timelines for completion.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments for proposed landscapes.
• Utilize software and technology for detailed landscaping designs and presentations.
• Monitor progress of landscape work and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Stay current with new techniques, trends, and technology in landscape architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape architecture or design.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation and government policies in landscape planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on timelines and budgets.
