As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the fundamental skills and social abilities of young children during their formative years. Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess the social, emotional, and intellectual development of each child.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to plan and enhance program preparation.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development and school activities.
• Prepare classroom materials and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the learning environment.
• Manage classroom behavior and guide children towards positive social interactions.
• Identify and support children with special needs or those requiring extra assistance.
• Plan and execute various engaging activities that promote creativity and individual expression.
• Stay informed of the latest educational trends, technologies, and teaching methods.
• Organize and participate in school activities and excursions that support classroom learning.
• Foster a lifelong love of learning through encouragement and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
• Valid state teaching certification or license for kindergarten level required.
• Previous experience in teaching or childcare with young children is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic classroom environment.
• Creative and patient personality dedicated to fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Comprehensive understanding of children's cognitive and emotional developmental stages.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet varying learning needs and interests.
• Proficient in implementing educational technology and multimedia resources.
• CPR and First Aid certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
