Job Description

A Kindergarten Teacher plays a crucial role in the early development of children, laying the foundation for their educational journey. Responsibilities

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required.
  • State certification in kindergarten or early childhood education preferred.
  • Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.
  • Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage young children effectively.
  • Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans for diverse learning needs.
