Job Description

The Key Account Associate is an instrumental position within our sales team, focusing on nurturing and managing key relationships with clients. This role demands a proactive individual who can deliver exceptional customer service to drive business growth and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. As a Key Account Associate, you will work closely with key accounts, providing them with strategic solutions tailored to their unique needs. You will support the Key Account Manager in executing business plans and play a crucial role in achieving departmental objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be critical to ensuring long-term success for both the client and the company.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Key Account Manager in identifying new business opportunities and client needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor client accounts to prevent issues and immediately address any grievances.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to highlight product and service offerings.
  • Analyze market trends to provide clients with relevant insights for their business strategies.
  • Track and report on key account metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the client and internal teams.
  • Support in negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client happiness.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Key Account Manager to discuss progress and challenges.
  • Provide clients with updates on new products or services that may benefit their operations.
  • Assist in developing strategic client plans to optimize outcomes and drive growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, account management, or customer relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse client needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills to understand business metrics and market trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also functioning independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
