Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and development of merchandising strategies and product assortments.
• Work closely with buying teams to track and evaluate product performance metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate product data entry into inventory and tracking systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage incoming shipments and timelines.
• Support the execution of visual merchandising displays and store layouts as required.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential product opportunities.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for merchandising meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities with inventory levels.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for product innovations.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and procedures in all merchandising activities.
• Provide administrative support to the merchandising team, such as scheduling and correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Prior experience or internship in merchandising, retail, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail for accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
