Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the delivery of solutions tailored to the clients' needs. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will work under the direct supervision of senior account managers, getting the opportunity to learn and develop skills necessary for future career advancement. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and it offers the chance to build relationships with key stakeholders within the company and client organizations. Your primary goal will be to support senior account managers in fostering long-term relationships with clients while contributing to the growth and success of the accounts you manage.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with key clients.
  • Support senior account managers in implementing strategic plans for accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on client account activity and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and suggest new initiatives to senior managers.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to discuss updates and feedback on services provided.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to provide insights to account teams.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts for potential clients.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep abreast of industry changes.
  • Carry out administrative tasks as required to support the account management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in customer service or sales environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the role.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
