Job Description

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of sales strategies while building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned key accounts. Working closely with senior team members, you will engage in day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Support senior account managers in managing relationships with key clients.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss account performance and improvement plans.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account status and sales targets to management.
  • Assist in resolving client issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met promptly.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve client support services continuously.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to understand clients' needs better and explore opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with the latest client information and interactions.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving agreed-upon sales targets and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software usage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
