Job Description

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for understanding the customer's needs and ensuring that our products meet those needs effectively. Working closely with senior account managers, you will assist in managing accounts, facilitating communication, and executing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior account managers in developing and maintaining key client relationships.
  • Coordinate and manage account activities, including scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Identify client needs and ensure company products align with expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations to clients on service updates.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams for project delivery.
  • Monitor account metrics and report on client satisfaction levels regularly.
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure terms are met by both parties.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to offer informed insights and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and account progress.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share client feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is desirable.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills are advantageous.
