Job Description

As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in providing an outstanding customer experience and achieving sales targets in our elegant stores. This position requires a charismatic individual who is knowledgeable about jewellery styles, features, and trends, and who can communicate this information to customers in a delightful and persuasive manner. The ideal candidate must possess excellent salesmanship skills, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to determine their needs and offer product recommendations.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of jewellery trends and industry developments.
  • Provide detailed product information, including the gemological and stylistic features.
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and objectives set by management.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues courteously and effectively.
  • Conduct accurate transactions and impeccable handling of payment processes.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to promote and enhance product displays.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and appealing at all times.
  • Receive and process incoming jewellery stock and reorder when necessary.
  • Participate in inventory control and regular stock-taking exercises.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is highly valued.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for the jewellery industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to handle sales pressures effectively.
