As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our retail operations, working in an environment that showcases luxury and elegance. You will be responsible for understanding the finer details of our products, from diamonds to bespoke designs, and using your expert knowledge to assist and advise customers on their purchases. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and insightful product knowledge in every interaction.
  • Assist customers with selecting jewellery pieces that suit their individual preferences.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of jewellery trends and product features.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with appropriate inventory.
  • Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to boost store sales.
  • Accurately process transactions, returns, and handle cash registers efficiently.
  • Develop and manage a personal client book to build loyal customer relationships.
  • Conduct inventory checks and work with management on stock replenishment needs.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to increase store appeal and attract customers.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals consistently.
  • Adhere to all security procedures and company policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in high-end retail sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficient understanding of luxury goods and customer service excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
