As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating a wide range of technology projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. With your expertise, you will be responsible for managing resources, communicating project progress, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring that the scope and objectives of projects align with business goals. Your ability to lead and motivate team members while adopting industry best practices will be essential for delivering successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans to be shared with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
• Lead project team meetings and facilitate discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project plan updated.
• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary to ensure optimal project progress.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks associated with the project lifecycle.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques for tracking and reporting.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for future improvement.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Ensure the availability and allocation of required resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure it is accessible and up-to-date for all team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in a similar role, within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse project teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
