Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Interior Site Supervisor with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will manage all facets of the interior construction site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected standard. The Interior Site Supervisor will coordinate with various teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless operation and outstanding results. Your ability to problem-solve, communicate clearly, and lead a team effectively will be crucial in contributing to our company’s reputation for high-quality interiors. This role requires a hands-on approach coupled with meticulous planning and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the job.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations on construction sites to ensure timeline adherence.
  • Coordinate with architects and designers to maintain project specifications and designs.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and sub-contractors to delegate tasks.
  • Ensure all work complies with legal requirements and health and safety standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial constraints are respected.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively.
  • Inspect building materials to guarantee quality before and after installation.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for clients and senior management teams.
  • Implement appropriate measures to improve efficiency and on-site safety.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site staff to enhance their skills and work output.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Evaluate potential risk factors and provide solutions to mitigate them.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the interior construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant degree or diploma in construction management, architecture, or interior design.
