An Interior Fit-Out Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the successful execution of interior design projects. This position requires a strong blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As an Interior Fit-Out Project Coordinator, you will work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, project management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing interior fit-out projects or similar construction roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices is essential.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as AutoCAD or Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and manage conflicts that arise during projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes.
