Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and expectations.
• Develop comprehensive design plans that reflect client's style and functional needs.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction and design modifications.
• Select appropriate materials, furnishings, and color schemes to enhance design aesthetics.
• Ensure design concepts are aligned with the client’s budget and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technological advancements in interior design.
• Create 3D visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain effective client communication.
• Review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates provided by team members.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as an interior designer, preferably with a varied portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail orientation.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations is advantageous.
