Responsibilities

• Perform post-occupancy evaluations to assess project success and client satisfaction.
• Obtain required permits and ensure all projects comply with relevant building regulations.
• Engage in self-directed internal design projects to further develop company creative resources.
• Conduct presentations and design reviews with clients and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience working as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent creative and innovative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards relevant to design.
