Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role within the sales department, responsible for ensuring the smooth processing and monitoring of sales orders. This position acts as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and other departments to fulfill customer orders. A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by overseeing schedules, preparing sales documents, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a meticulous approach to managing the sales pipeline. Deep knowledge of the company’s products and services, along with the ability to handle customer queries effectively and assist in resolving complaints, is essential for success in this role. The Sales Coordinator must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team meetings and document important notes and actions.
  • Support the sales team in processing and completing customer orders accurately.
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents including contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics regularly and report findings to management.
  • Manage and update the customer database with critical client information.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Facilitate communication between sales representatives and prospective clients.
  • Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and foster strong client relationships regularly.
  • Organize and maintain sales records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with marketing strategies.
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new sales team members when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • At least two years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing position is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
