As a Guest Hospitality Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival.
  • Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out processes and procedures.
  • Resolve guest complaints and conflicts by effectively liaising with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and confidential data securely.
  • Assist guests with booking reservations and providing detailed area information.
  • Ensure the reception area is kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Process payments, refunds, and handle cash transactions accordingly.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide support and training to new staff members and interns as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Deliver exceptional service by anticipating and exceeding guest needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in using computers and common office software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
