Job Description

A Graphic Designer & Video Editor is a highly skilled multimedia professional who possesses a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a robust understanding of visual communication. This role involves crafting visually appealing and engaging graphic content, as well as editing and enhancing video footage to produce high-quality video materials. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple projects concurrently and deliver exceptional results under tight deadlines. They are expected to work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure that the visual elements align with the brand’s vision and objectives. A creative eye for aesthetics, strong conceptual skills, and proficiency in various graphic and video editing software are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics for print and digital media channels.
  • Edit raw video footage and add special effects creatively to films and videos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content aligned with brand strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery according to specifications.
  • Create animations and motion graphics to enhance video content engagement.
  • Work with the social media team to produce graphics that increase user engagement.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on the latest graphics and video editing trends.
  • Ensure that all visual content adheres to company branding guidelines and standards.
  • Develop and optimize graphic content for web performance and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized projects as needed.
  • Assist in storyboarding and creative planning for video production projects.
  • Maintain an organized archive of graphics and video content for future use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing for diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Portfolio showcasing diverse design and video editing works is required for application.
