Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and brand-aligned visual content.
• Edit raw video footage into compelling stories that captivate and inform the audience.
• Ensure all graphics and video content meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Implement feedback from team members to refine and improve design and video projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design and video work.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines effectively.
• Prepare sketches, storyboards, and design concepts for approval before final production.
• Optimize graphics and video content for social media distribution and audience engagement.
• Maintain an organized archive of design files and video project assets for future reference.
• Collaborate with freelancers and external agencies as necessary to ensure project completion.
• Assist in the development of promotional campaigns through graphic and video elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing with a solid portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and video editing principles.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.
• Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.
