  • Maintain accurate records of room assignments and visitor logs consistently.
  • Coordinate room reservations and ensure accurate booking procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide information about amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with all front office policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and invoicing efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area at all times.
  • Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with security personnel as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Associate or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
