A Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at an organization. Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management team.
  • Use office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines competently.
  • Assist in coordinating office activities and events as needed.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, communication, and other documents.
  • Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Provide accurate information regarding office services to clients and staff.
  • Update office directories and ensure contact information is current.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and efficient in handling challenges.
  • Outstanding customer service skills to maintain a positive client experience.
