Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is a dynamic and pivotal role in the hospitality industry, responsible for overseeing the operations of food and beverage services within a hospitality establishment.   • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to harmonize service timings.
  • Address guest complaints and ensure prompt service recovery and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and surpluses.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain facilities and service excellence.
  • Coordinate event setups and ensure seamless execution of service during functions.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting by controlling operational costs.
  • Implement promotional activities and special events to attract customers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to improve service and menu offerings.
  • Ensure effective communication within and across departments for smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage services required.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the skill to motivate and guide the team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with guests and staff members.
