Job Description

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Executive is a crucial role within Corporate 21N25, tasked with driving financial decision-making and providing key insights into business performance. As an FP&A Executive, you will report directly to senior management and play an integral role in budget planning and forecasting while analyzing financial results and identifying opportunities for strategic financial improvements. The position calls for someone with strong analytical skills, capable of delivering actionable insights that support the company's growth and profitability. Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and presentation of the annual budgeting process.
  • Provide monthly forecasting to track financial performance against budget.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to guide business decision-making.
  • Identify financial trends and opportunities to enhance profitability and growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with business goals.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate new business initiatives and investments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with financial institutions to manage corporate funding and liquidity.
  • Monitor market and economic conditions affecting the corporate financial strategy.
  • Implement best practices in financial planning and risk management processes.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and stress tests to evaluate financial resilience.
  • Review and report on key financial metrics and business drivers monthly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
  • Strong proficiency with financial modeling and analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across different corporate functions.
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance principles and financial regulatory environments.
  • CFA, CPA, or other relevant financial certifications are strongly desired.
