Job Description

The Field Service Engineer II is a mid-level position critical to ensuring the seamless operation and optimum performance of technical equipment and systems in various business environments. Responsibilities

  • Install new equipment at client sites, ensuring all operational capabilities.

  • Provide preventive services and technical support to clients on-site regularly.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers, ensuring proper equipment use and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance products and service methods.
  • Document all service activities accurately in service management systems.
  • Respond to service requests promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on equipment performance to anticipate future maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all service operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a field service engineering role.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills critical for complex systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while on-site.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clientele.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to various client locations is essential.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and service management software.
