Job Description

The Field Sales Officer plays a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers. Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales in specific geographical areas, Field Sales Officers engage potential clients with product presentations and persuasive marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote products.
  • Continuously seek ways to upsell and expand sales within existing client accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in direct sales or field sales roles.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently over time.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for success.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned sales territory as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a sales environment.
  • Proficient in using sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
