Job Description

The Field Sales Officer is a pivotal role within our sales team, responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base by actively interacting with clients and potential customers in the field. The role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional who excels in face-to-face communication and has a knack for closing sales deals. The Field Sales Officer will play a critical role in executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position involves substantial travel within designated areas to visit clients, attend meetings, and identify sales leads. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, calls, and meetings.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients to drive product adoption.
  • Regularly report sales activities, results, and market feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with clients in line with company policies.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to generate leads.
  • Gather and analyze data to prepare reports and contribute to strategy development.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in field sales, with a successful sales track record.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends and use data for decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexibly in different environments.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
