Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand customer base.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct regular site visits to potential and current clients to offer product solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and market conditions.
  • Negotiate pricing structures and contractual terms with clients to close deals.
  • Collect and analyze market data to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and satisfied client experience.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes to management regularly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to improve performance.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure clients' satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of purpose and initiative.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and drive sales growth.
