Job Description

As a Field Sales Officer, you will be at the forefront of our sales team, driving the growth of our company's products and services. Your role will involve frequent travel to meet potential and existing clients, where you will showcase our offerings and persuade them to invest in our solutions. With your excellent interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of customer needs, you will build strong relationships and deliver compelling sales presentations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify and establish contact with prospective customers through various channels and techniques.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to inform sales processes.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction for the company and client.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently through effective planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand recognition in target markets.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to the product development team for improvements.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote company products/services.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market feedback.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to improve their sales skills.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or similar role within the associated industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and results.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work flexibly according to clients' schedules.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing multiple sales tasks and client engagements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions for customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient sales tracking.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently to achieve targets.
