Job Description

As a Field Sales Officer, you will be a pivotal part of our sales team, working at the forefront of the company’s client engagement and revenue-generating efforts. Your primary focus will be to actively engage with existing clients while prospecting for new ones, ensuring the expansion of our client base. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies to secure new business and nurture existing relationships. Your role will involve extensive travel to meet potential buyers, showcase our products or services, and negotiate deals that align with the company’s objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research and networking.
  • Travel extensively to visit clients on-site for sales meetings.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrate product features effectively.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for strategic sales insights.
  • Provide feedback from clients to product management concerning potential product enhancements.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote products.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services offered by the company.
  • Ensure customer issues and complaints are addressed and resolved promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience in sales or a related field is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively for client visits.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
