The Field Sales Officer (Job Code: 01A26) is a dynamic role that involves direct engagement with potential and existing clients to drive sales within designated territories. As a Field Sales Officer, you will be instrumental in identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through field visits and presentations.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Develop effective sales strategies tailored to regional and product-specific markets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to reach overall company sales goals and objectives.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Monitor industry trends to adapt sales strategies to meet changing market demands.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning activities.
  • Report regularly on sales progress, challenges, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a direct sales role is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a convincing presence.
  • Highly self-motivated with a resilient attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as required.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
