  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our brand effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement sales tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients as required.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools is highly desirable.
