Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is a crucial member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This role involves generating new leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within a specified geographical area. The Field Sales Executive will actively engage with potential clients, present our range of products or services, and tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of the customer. Responsibilities

  • Continuously assess and improve personal sales techniques and skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas in a sales environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with attention to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing tools and techniques is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings.
