Job Description

A Field Sales Executive is a vital member of a company's sales team, responsible for generating revenue by selling products and services directly to clients in their designated geographical area. Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients, showcasing company products.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Track sales leads, customer feedback, and market trends in CRM systems.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build networks.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales activities and progress.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required for the role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory for this role.
